Understand our workflow

Please read carefully all information to understand the way we work, step 1-6. We provide a smooth and wide tested workflow to guarantee the best service. You book and we work/support :)

1. Fill out registration form

Just insert your company details here: Partner & Agencies

2. Receive access

For our Partner & Agencies, we created a SECRET COLLECTION* showing discounted rates for all bestseller. Via email, you will receive a Link and Passcode.

Note: Always use the link to receive 15% discounted rates!

3. Select your favorite product(s)

On product pages, the discounted rate is changing accordingly to the amount of person. Please insert all details:
- Amount of Guest
- Voucher send to:
→ Partner & Agency
→ Guest Directly:
- Guest Name
- Guest Email
- Booking Date**
- Pick-up location
- Program
- etc.

Note: Guest Name and Email is only required if you want, that we directly forward guest voucher.

4. Product(s) in Cart

You can add multiple products into cart or simply remove. And if needed, you can leave us a message in comments. Proceed to checkout or continue shopping!

5. Checkout Steps 1-3

Insert your email address to receive booking confirmation.

2. PAYMENT
To pay your bill you can select different types of pre-payment like Bank Transfer, PayPal and Credit Card.

Note: For Bank Transfer, we require a cash slip with remarked booking number to match to your order. Please send cash slip via email to support@kohsamui.tours.

Always use our BOOKING NUMBER!
Via email, your agency or guest will receive the voucher including the following:
- Booking Date
- Pick up time and Location
- Amount of guest
- Pre-payment! (No price showing)
- etc.
