You will receive your voucher via e-mail at the latest 48 hours before your tour starts! If you book within 48 hours before tour begin, you will receive it immediately after your order!
Yes, a booking can be canceled until 3 days (72 hours) before tour day. In that time you receive a full refund with the exception of 4.5% credit card or Paypal fees. In the event of an unexpected illness or injury, of course we will refund you the full amount at any time, just contact us!
For each tour you can find the corresponding information in the product description under the subheading "Your Program" or "Guide". Without exception, all tours are always guided in english!
Yes, you are always insured on all tours offered by kohsamui.tours!
In a timely manner you will receive your tour voucher via e-mail before tour start. The voucher details will inform you also about the exact pick-up time. Please, show the voucher to the driver, who waits for you in front of your accommodation (for cruise passangers at the port).

All vehicles have an insurance that covers personal injury. Vehicle damages are excluded! This is very common in Thailand. Other insurances, which includes vehicle damages , you only receive for additional fees.
You get picked up at the airport exit. After passing the baggage belt you will walk in the direction to the taxis drivers. Here you will see our driver holding a name sign in the hands.
