We will pick you up at your accommodation for 150 THB per person and guarantee to be punctually at the port of departure on time. Unfortunately, child seats & baby car seats are not included and cannot be requested.

You will receive a short booking confirmation by email as well as another message with your ticket attached. - If you book including a hotel transfer, we will also tell you in the same message the exact pick-up time at which our driver will be waiting for you in front of your accommodation. You will Receive your Ticket 72 hours (no later than 6:00 p.m. the evening before!) before the start of your transfer.

You can cancel your booking up to 3 days (72 hours) before the order date. You will receive a refund, with the exception of the normal transaction or processing fees (terms and conditions: § 3). In the event of illness or injury, of course, we will refund the full amount. If necessary, please contact the employees of our Help & Support department by e-mail under the subject "Cancellation".
