Description

Book in advance your comfortable transfer to the Surat Thani train station and start your journey relaxed, without the hassle of taxi rides or negotiate prices. Travel in our luxurious and air-conditioned vehicle and reach your destination refreshed and rested. Due to the prescribed ferry travel times, we are bound to the departure times and therefore cannot offer a 24-hour service.

   After your booking 
  • You will receive a short booking confirmation by email and another one with your tickets attached. - If you have booked a transfer to the departure port, we will also tell you in the same message the exact pick-up time at which our driver will be waiting for you at your accommodation. - Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time if you have any questions!
    •    Transfer to the port
  • The offer includes only the one-way trip! A return trip is not included in the price and may have to be organized by yourself! We will pick you up at your accommodation for 150 THB per person and guarantee to be punctually at the port of departure on time. Unfortunately, child seats & baby car seats are not included and cannot be requested.
    •    Health insurance
  • Your booking includes an insured port transfer, which includes any personal injury from our partner in the form of liability insurance. Please be aware, that the Thai law is less often used, when in doubt. You can rely primarily on your own provided foreign health insurance which best completed in your home country before your vacation begins!
    •    Cancellation policy
  • You can cancel your booking up to 3 days (72 hours) before the tour date. You will receive a refund, with the exception of the normal transaction or processing fees (terms and conditions: § 3). In the event of illness or injury, of course, we will refund the full amount. Please inform us via phone, up to 12 hours in advance, on-call no. (+66) 620 161 902.
