You will be picked up from an air-conditioned minibus at the airport in Koh Samui and driven directly to your selected accommodation in Bophut on Koh Samui. No matter if you have booked a hotel, resort, bungalow complex, or private...
The sales price applies per vehicle and not per person! A minibus includes up to 8 people of your choice. At busy rush hours, it can happen that in the case of bookings that contain fewer than 4 passengers, cars from the category "SUV" are used. Of course, your airport transfer will always be private!
Arrival - To the Hotel
You will receive a short booking confirmation by Email, that´s it. Afterwards, you can expect us, on the day and time of your choice, at the exit of the Koh Samui Airport (Meeting Point!). Our driver will already be waiting for you with a sign where your booking name is noted and then guide you to your chosen accommodation. You won´t receive a ticket! Please identify yourself to the driver with your passport, if necessary.
Departure - To the Airport
You will receive a short booking confirmation by email, that´s it. Then you can expect us at the parking lot of your accommodation, on the departure day and time of your choice. We recommend that you choose a time that allows you to reach the Koh Samui Airport 2 hours before your flight departure. You won´t receive a ticket! Please identify yourself to the driver with your passport, if necessary.
If the driver is not at the airport meeting point when you arrive, please contact us by phone at: +66 82 854 0296, If necessary, we will send you another driver immediately! - We also ask you to send us a photo of the meeting point (with the time from the landing monitor!) by email!

You can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before your selected tour date (ToS: § 3).
- For a free cancellation, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your tour date.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your tour date, you must pay the full purchase amount.
- If you do not reach the meeting point in time, the local operator is entitled to full payment.
- Any changes made by yourself on your tour date can not be accepted free of charge.
- Cancellations due bad weather based only on responsibility by local authorities.
- Cancellations due illness require a medical certificate from a local doctor.
- Cut-off times by latest 23:59 two days before your tour date (GMT+7).
