Even if your ship arrives at the port of Koh Samui at 06:00 a.m., you may not be able to reach the pier for a while. Since cruise ships do not anchor directly at the pier you can only reach the pier of the port by the tender boats. A crossing takes about 20 minutes and takes place at intervals. Our long time experience teaches us that you will reach the pier by the latest 09:45 a.m. Most of our day tours for the category "Cruise Ships" are individually customized or adjusted for cruise passengers on the Island Koh Samui in Thailand and are starting, depending on the arrival of all guests and unless otherwise stated, usually between 08:00 and 10:00 a.m. and end guaranteed* before the departure of your ship! *Some excursions are offered by local operators or partners, see "What to expect & your meeting point" on each product page of each excursion!

You see an aerial view of the port of Koh Samui. A short walking distance from the boat berth is the parking lot of the port located, which is our meeting point. Our drivers and tour guides are already waiting for you at the meeting point to welcome you there. The port of Koh Samui is very manageable, you will certainly find your way around easily! 

You can see an aerial view of the boat dock. Depending on the season (number of visitors), it can get very crowded here! Large crowds are not uncommon. Leave the boat dock in the direction of the island to escape the chaos as fast as possible. You only need 3-5 minutes for this walking distance to our meeting point. We recommend the left footpath!

You will see an aerial view of our meeting point. This represents the Lomprayah Ticket-Counter and cannot be missed! If your tender boat reaches the pier early, we recommend waiting in the marked restaurant (in the immediate vicinity of the meeting point). Alternatively, we suggest a stroll on the beach at Nathon!

Look out for the Lomprayah Ticket-Counter you see in the picture! The local provider will be waiting for you at the given time (Check your meeting point within the product description), including a name sign! Please be punctual as the organizer, for reasons of program logistics, is not able to wait too long for you at the meeting point!

You see a street shot of the place "Nathon". In the immediate vicinity of the meeting point and the said restaurant, there are a number of ATMs that allow you to withdraw cash if required. Be aware that Thai ATMs always charge a fee of 220THB (=7 USD) per withdrawal! Note: Our staff is unfortunately unable to exchange any currencies on spot!
