What to expect
We will pick you up in an air-conditioned minibus at the port and then guide you to the start of your selected program, in the east of Koh Samui. Our partner is waiting (will be updated) at the port of Nathon until your arrival! (Meeting Point!!) It is assumed that you will reach the meeting point on time!
This activity at a top of 50 meters is not for the faint of heart. You will be lifted onto a steel platform. From here you have a breathtaking view over Chaweng and the island. Safety has top priority and spectators are allowed to joy the show from the ground. If you wish, you can also take a dip in the pool and refresh yourself a bit.
You reach the port of Nathon in an air-conditioned minibus after your selected program is over. Since this is an excursion by our partner, our usual back-to-ship guarantee is void. Of course, our partner always has top priority to bring you back to your ship on time! Don't worry!
Your pick-up time
You will receive a booking confirmation as well as another email, including your final pick-up time, until 18:00 the day before your selected tour date! Please check the given information and show the email to the driver waiting for you at the general car park of your hotel or accommodation! If you have booked for tomorrow after 17:30, then you will receive your pick up time until 21:00!

You can cancel your booking up to 3 days (72 hours) before the order date. You will receive a refund, with the exception of the normal transaction or processing fees (terms and conditions: § 3).
