What to expect
We will pick you up in the air-conditioned Mercedes E250 Cabrio from your specific accommodation, and then chauffeur you over the island. Passengers can choose their own itinerary around the island of Koh Samui or choose one of our recommended tours.

Navigating over the island can quickly become tedious and in some cases costly, especially if you don't speak the local language and there is a possibility of misunderstanding. All of our qualified chauffeurs are very familiar with the area, which means that you are in competent hands. You can also plan your route in advance, which you are welcome to tell us when booking.
We will bring you back to your specific accommodation or to a specified destination of your choice. Please let us know the destination at the latest during the tour.
You will receive a booking confirmation per Email as well as another message with the Tour-Ticket attached. Please check the given information and show your Tour-Ticket to the driver who is waiting for you in front of your accommodation (Conveniently via Smartphone!). You will receive your Email with the Tour-Ticket attached from 72 hours before the start of your excursion, by latest 6:00 p.m. the evening before!
- Optionally there is the possibility to choose the service as a 4 or 8 hour program.
- This luxury transportation service is 24h available from anywhere on Koh Samui.
- Depending on the weather or traffic conditions, the program can be adjusted.

You can cancel your booking up to 3 days (72 hours) before the order date. You will receive a refund, with the exception of the normal transaction or processing fees (terms and conditions: § 3). In the event of illness or injury, of course, we will refund the full amount. If necessary, please contact the employees of our Help & Support department by e-mail under the subject "Cancellation".
